Jungle Corner has a local plantation field, and all plants are maintained by professionals before they are shipped to ensure plant quality. Plants are non-standardized commodities, which are living and individual plants. The color or shape of plants will vary with regions, seasons and climates. The planting corner will try to maintain the quality of the plant (such as the growth length of the plant, color, etc.), and maintain a style close to the photo.
Shipping Instructions
1. Delivery arrangement and time
After receiving your order , we will confirm the delivery time with you by WhatsApp/ Email within 2 working days. Under normal circumstances , we will deliver the plants to your home within 5-7 working days after the successful order is placed.
Our delivery time is from Monday to Saturday ( except public holidays ) , in the morning ( 10:00-14:00 ) and afternoon ( 14:00-18:00 ).
2. Delivery area and charges
Except outlying islands and airports , our delivery service can cover. Now, you can enjoy free shipping in Hong Kong ( except outlying islands and airports ) for purchases over HKD1,200 .
- Hong Kong Island : HKD 200
- Kowloon : HKD 100
- New Territories : HKD 100
3. Other matters
- Some small foliage plants provide SF Express service and can be selected on the product payment page.
- For plants ordered before Christmas and Chinese New Year, please pay attention to the special delivery arrangement at that time, and the delivery time may be changed.
Exchanges and Refunds
Once the plant is signed for, there is no return or exchange. If the plant is damaged during delivery or withers within 7 days from the delivery date due to plant quality problems , we can replace the plant with a new one for the customer.
